海珊政權垮台之後，庫德族紛紛重返家園，三百多戶難民塞爆吉爾庫克一處廢棄體育場，庫德族與阿拉伯人雜居衝突難免。一名青年的小弟因誤踩地雷而殘廢，為了鼓舞小弟並吸引鄰居女孩的目光，他打算在體育場內籌辦一場足球賽，讓敵對雙方在球場上一較高下。全片在體育場實地拍攝，導演發揮調度功力，充分地運用了球場的每個角落。
In a half destroyed stadium live about 300 refugee families after Sadam's regime. Asu’s younger brother lost his leg from minefield. In order to cheer up his depressed brother and approach to neighbour girl, Hilin, he decides to arrange a football game with Kurdish and Arabic boys and others. For the first time, both Kurdish and Arabic boys become friends during the game.
