1946, the International Military Tribunal of the Far East to determine the Japanese leaders accused of war crimes during World War II held in Tokyo. The American judge seems to dominate the proceedings, which will be an insult to China. In the meantime, a Chinese journalist learns about a conspiracy to assassinate the Chinese judge and bring the tribunal to a halt.
