他永遠往前跑，一秒二十四格，是李屏賓的步履節奏。沒有翅膀，卻攜著他的眼睛和心靈上路，追趕快要流失的光色，變換成每個導演的意像。緊隨他匆促晃蕩的身影，拾回每格底片夾縫間，遺落下的記憶碎片，找到了他留給台灣影像的情感歷史。但最後卻發現：叫人動容的不僅只是光和影，更有風和人，以及離開電影院後，那回家的路。
What can be retained with photography? Where the cinema is leading us? Is there meaning to life after all? He’s always on the road. Running at 24 frames per second, that’s the pace of Mark LEE. We followed his swinging footsteps, gathering the fragments lost between frames, discovering the passion he gave to the Taiwanese cinema.
